The SonarCE application is a real sonar systems for Pocket PC devices. It uses the internal Pocket PC sound system to detect echoes from various obstacles. It is quite accurate to 5-10 cm at a distance of 10 m. The distance to only limited by the performance of the device and the speaker. This program can use in the air or water, but in the water you need external microphone and speaker in closed water-proof case.

The main window toolbar contains the most important functions: Send a chirp, sonar loops and analyze window. Other features are hidden under Settings menu. In addition programme is equipped with features tested to the melody of the key parameters for the sonar CE application.

For access to additional features, click on the menu options. In this way you can change the way the CE sonar works, or change their way of working mode.

List of options in the tool bar:

• A twitter
• sonar loop
• break the personal loop
• Stop the sonar loop
• Delete the screen and the stored data
• linear mode
• Angle mode

List of options in the menu bar:

• File: Open, Save, exit
• Analyze: twitter, play recorded buffer, car correlate, post-processing, analysis window and ruler
• Settings: set out signal wave format, set balanced benchmark, use and information recorded twitter
• tests: a review of the recording, audio system, whether correlation function and offset search
• Help: over and help (that works)
